Aggregate transaction counts recovered, which is the number most reports lead with. Split the same data by property size and the recovery is concentrated almost entirely in smaller units.
That distinction matters for policy. A market that is busy at the bottom and frozen at the top needs different interventions than one that is uniformly slow.
